System Requirements

In order to download the Marathon Construction Bidding System:

1. The user that is currently logged into the PC must have “administrator permissions” (permission to download, install and run executable files).

2. The PC itself must fulfill the following minimum requirements:

·      CPU Intel® Pentium® III processor (Pentium 4 recommended)

·      Microsoft® Windows® XP Home, Professional, or Tablet PC Edition with Service Pack 2 or 3, Windows Server® 2003, Windows Vista® Home Premium, Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise (including 64-bit editions) with Service Pack 1, or Windows 7

·      512MB of RAM (1GB preferred)

Mac OS

·      CPU Intel Core™ 2 Duo or faster processor

·      Mac OS X v10.5 or v10.6

·      512MB of RAM (1GB preferred)

Linux

·      Intel Pentium III processor (Pentium IV preferred)

·      Fedora Core 10, Ubuntu 9.04, or openSUSE® 11.1

·      1GB of RAM

In addition: Adobe® Acrobat Reader is required for viewing, saving and printing documents from within the bidding system. Download for free via www.adobe.com – just click on “Get Adobe® Reader”

Note: Mac computers with PowerPC® processors and Microsoft’s Windows 2000 operating system are not supported.
